At Merlo Peak LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@merlopeak.com or call (555) 123-4567
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item to the address provided

Return Shipping

Domestic Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service.

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping labels for:

  • Defective products
  • Wrong items shipped
  • Damaged items

Refunds

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or tags
  • Items not in their original condition

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact customer service to initiate an exchange
  2. Return the original item following our return process
  3. We'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return

If the replacement item has a different price, we'll either refund the difference or charge the additional amount.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the defect or damage
  3. Keep all packaging materials
  4. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund

We'll provide a prepaid return label for defective or damaged items.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the item received
  3. We'll send the correct item and provide a return label for the wrong item

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (processing may take time)
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@merlopeak.com

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and need to return it:

  • Contact us with the order number (if available)
  • We'll issue store credit for the item's current value
  • The original purchaser can request a refund to their payment method

Warranty Claims

All Merlo Peak products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact customer service with your order number
  2. Describe the defect and provide photos
  3. We'll evaluate the claim and provide a resolution

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
