All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM Mountain Time will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. This confirms we have received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays may occur due to:
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. We cannot control or predict these delays.

Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.

Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. If you won't be available to sign, you can arrange for the package to be held at a carrier facility for pickup.
Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
